TEFAF Maastricht

14-19 March 2026 | Preview days 12 & 13 March | Stand 104

With March approaching rapidly, preparations for TEFAF Maastricht are already well underway. The stand design has been finalised, the newest objects have arrived and are being photographed. This year’s catalogue- written and researched by Nynke- focusses on Famille Verte porcelain. The majority of the pieces are from the Nieuwenhuys Collection, many of which were purchased from iconic Dutch dealers in the mid-20th century. Naturally we are delighted they are in the hands of a Dutch dealer once again! One of the highlights in our stand will be a large group of porcelain originally in the vast collection of Augustus the Strong in Dresden. Like us he certainly had the “maladie de porcelain”!  We will also exhibit an interesting selection of early terracotta and bronzes.

We very much look forward to welcoming you to our stand at TEFAF Maastricht.

Connections: Works from the Albuquerque Collection

Until 30 August 2026 - Albuquerque Foundation, Sintra, Portugal

This is the inaugural exhibition of the Albuquerque Foundation, which opened last year. This incredible collection, assembled by  Dr. Renato de Albuquerque, mainly focuses on Chinese porcelain from the Ming and Qing Dynasties, particularly the East West exchange. The museum has an excellent year-round programming, as well as beautiful gardens and solo shows by contemporary ceramic artists. It is an essential visit for anyone with an interest in (Chinese) porcelain!
