Summer
After a busy few months following TEFAF Maastricht and our study trip to England, we can now shift our focus to the events in the second half of the year. We will be organising open house weekends in September, October and December. Of course we will also be exhibiting at PAN Amsterdam at the end of November (see all the dates below).
During the quieter summer months we will be open by appointment and you can of course keep following us on social media. But should you miss the world of Chinese art during the holidays, we have made suggestions for worthwhile exhibitions and interesting books. Dragons & Demons: 5,000 years of Asian Ceramics from the Anders Collection | Groninger Museum

This exhibition showscases a special selection of ceramics from the collection of George Anders and Netty Bücher. A range of aspects of ceramics culture in China and Japan is illuminated through objects dating from 3000 BC to the early 20th century.

With the upcoming Rijksmuseum bronzes exhibition in mind, we decided to focus on bronze artworks for this first open weekend. You will also have the opportunity to meet our newest gallery resident – art conservator Roy van der Wielen - who will be present throughout the weekend.
