Height: 76,6 cm

The main body of this large Yen Yen vase is finely decorated with a continuous scene with warriors on horseback and attendants in a mountainous landscape. This is a battle scene from the well-known 14th century classic novel Shui Hu Zhuan. The trumpet neck is decorated with the immortal Shoulou - recognizable by his high forehead – a deer and other Daoist figures under pine trees.
